À Table

AIX-EN-PROVENCE & MARSEILLE LATE MAY 2026 · 5 NIGHTS · UP TO 8 WOMEN FROM $5,000 · AIRFARE NOT INCLUDED

The south of France has always known that the best things happen around a table. This retreat is built around that truth — the private chef who cooks with the season, the mid-morning market where you choose what calls to you, the evening we cook together from what the day gave us. À Table is an invitation to nourish yourself slowly and completely. Body, senses, conversation. You'll still be digesting it long after you're home.

THE ARC OF THE WEEK
Arrive & Exhale · Open Your Eyes · Go Deeper · Coast & Kitchen · Return Differently
THE moments

01

The Welcome Table

Your first evening. The maison d'hôtes is ready, the wine is open, and there is nothing required of you. We gather on the terrace and begin the only way worth beginning — with good food, and one honest word for what you're arriving with.

02

The Chef’s Evening

A private chef comes to the house. This is not a cooking class — it is an initiation. She cooks with Provençal ingredients, teaches as she goes, shares the philosophy behind the food. The meal that follows is the lesson.

03

The Mid-Morning Market
After yoga, after coffee, after your journal. We walk the market with an artist's eye — not what to buy, but what to notice. The color of the olives. The light on the fountain. What catches you by surprise.

04

The Calanque

A slow afternoon at the dramatic limestone inlets between Marseille and Cassis. We sit with the sea. Paint, write, sketch, or simply look. The light here in May is extraordinary. Bring your project.

05

The Kitchen Together

Two days after the chef's evening, we cook from what the market gave us. It's festive, a little chaotic, deeply connective. Wine is already open. This is the curriculum of the week.

06

The Closing Table

The last long lunch. Each woman shares her Witness Project — not to explain it, but to show it. One word for what she's leaving with. Then Jenessa reads something chosen for this circle, this week.

A note from Jenessa

I designed this retreat the way I make art — choosing one element, then asking what belongs next. The nourishment thread runs through everything here: what we eat, what we make, what we say to each other over a long table with good wine. You don't need to arrive knowing what you're hungry for. The week has a way of showing you.
